Batiste Floral Dry Shampoo

It was only last week that I blogged about the exciting new variant of Batiste dry shampoo, Batiste Oriental and now, I have another new variant to share with you all!

Batiste Floral
(Not to be confused with Batiste Floral & Flirty Blush)
Once again, I was very excited to see an email pop up in my inbox, with information about the brand new Batiste Floral dry shampoo and I was very happy when Mr Postman delivered a can for me to try out.

Batiste have succeeded in creating another beautiful can design, this time a vintage-looking floral print, which is very Cath Kidston. As with all Batiste's variants, this can would make a very pretty addition to a dressing table or shelf.

Described as 'pretty & delicate', Batiste Floral is most definitely both. The floral fragrance is gorgeous, not overpowering, but stays around and keeps hair smelling fresh and floral.
"With top notes of Blossom, a heart of fruity Melon, Orange & Peach and a deep floral base of Rose, Muguet and Violet" - this is such a beautiful scented hair product, which transforms hair to look and smell super-lovely.

I really like Batiste Floral. If you are a fan of floral scents, this is a must have!

Batiste Floral is exclusive to Superdrug and retails at £2.99 for 200ml.

Will you be trying Batiste Floral?
What is your favourite variant?

(Disclaimer: I was sent Batiste Floral to sample and consider for review. As per my previous Batiste posts, Batiste is a brand that I love and would highly recommend. As always, all opinions are my own and reviews are 100% honest)

Batiste Oriental Dry Shampoo

As a big fan of Batiste dry shampoo, I was very excited when an email popped up in my inbox, telling me all about the new variant, Batiste Oriental.

I was even more excited to receive a can to review and share with you all.

Firstly, what a beautiful can! Batiste always stand out with their lovely can designs but Oriental is really something special. The colours and peacock are so pretty! This would look great on a dressing table and in my opinion, Batiste's cans are much more appealing than any rival dry shampoo.

Taking inspiration from the Far East, Batiste Oriental has fruity top notes, including apple, wild berry and grape, along with floral middle notes of Jasmine and Iris, with a base of rich coconut, sandalwood and cedar.
The smell is a nice floral-oriental 'floriental' mix and leaves hair smelling great, as well as feeling fresh and looking volumised.

I wash my hair every day at the moment, as I am working out in the gym 7 days a week. Though I haven't required Batiste from freshening up my hair, it has still come in handy, as I use it between work and the gym. I spray my hair with Batiste, before tying it up in a ponytail. I find that using Batiste adds volume and just makes my ponytail a little better. I'm not a fan of slicked-back ponytails, a mattified and volumised pony is best for me!

I used Batiste Oriental the other night, as we went out for my sister's birthday meal and I wanted to add some volume to my hair.
Overall, I am loving Batiste Oriental and would highly recommend it.

Batiste Oriental makes a great addition to my collection, which I blogged about earlier this year.

Batiste Oriental is available at Boots, Superdrug, ASOS, supermarkets and various chemists. RRP £2.99.

If you would like to check out any of my previous Batiste reviews, just use the Labels to the right!

What is your favourite Batiste variant?

Disclaimer: I was sent a can of Batiste Oriental for review purposes. I have been a massive fan of Batiste for years and have wrote many blog posts about Batiste. As always, all opinions are my own and reviews are 100% honest.

My Batiste Dry Shampoo Collection

Yes, I have a Batiste dry shampoo 'collection'...

Over the past year or so, I have gathered quite the collection of Batiste cans.

I love Batiste!
Seriously, dry shampoo is one of the best beauty product inventions, ever.

Batiste is a saviour.
No more bad hair days, just Batiste Hair Days!
#BatisteHairDay
Batiste is my favourite dry shampoo. I've tried others and none have lived up to Batiste's standards! Batiste is cheaper, the product works better, it does not leave hair heavy or chalky and the can designs are so pretty. Batiste have 3 sizes: mini, regular and large.

They come in handy.
They last so long.
The bottles are pretty.

The above being main reasons for which I have such a large collection! I can't get rid of them and I often pick up cans if they are on offer, or when new variants are released.

I'm a hoarder and I hoard Batiste...

I use my Batiste, not only on days where I haven't had time to wash my hair, or my hair is feeling like it needs a freshen up, but also, when I want some volume or matt-look hair.
Having long hair, I do find that smells cling to it, like the greasy spoon deli where I would return from the milk run, to then sit in the office with hair smelling of grease (nothing really worse than that, yuck!). Luckily, I always have a can of Batiste in my office drawer, or in my handbag, so I use it to freshen my hair and rid me of horrendous smells.

It is a complete essential when I rock out at Download Festival every summer. I always have a can of Batiste in my tent. Gotta keep fresh whilst I'm rocking out and partying in fields :) I met a guy at Download last year, who had a large can of Batiste Tropical in his tent, I thought that was quite cool. Guys love Batiste too.

Even when I had crazy Cyber Purple hair, Batiste worked a treat! Unlike another dry shampoo, which looked hideously chalky on my purple locks!

Where do I store all these cans?
Well, I keep them in the goodie bag that I got at the Batiste Lace launch last year. I like to find ways to re-use, rather than throw things away and the Batiste bag has really come in handy.

A while back, I had some nail art inspiration from the Batiste Cherry, when it first came out in stores. My Batiste Cherry inspired nail art went down a storm, which was great and Batiste loved it :)

I would recommend Batiste and often recommend it to friends, family and fellow bloggers.
I'm always shocked when people tell me they have not tried it, or not heard of Batiste before!

There are so many variants now, different looks, different scents, XXL Volume. I'm not sure I could pick a favourite, though I have always been fond of Wild.

My collection includes:
Shimmer x2, Boho, XXL x2, Blush large, Limited Edition Hershesons, Graffiti, Paisley
Lace x2, Cherry x2, Wild, Tropical regular and mini, Blush mini x2

 A closer look...
Paisley and Graffiti, the most recent variants*:

Hershesons, the Limited Edition can*:

 Blush, Tropical and Boho:
I have the original Blush mini and the new, improved design, along with a regular size.
Tropical mini and regular.
Boho, I actually didn't realise I had, until I found it in my 'box of unused products'.

XXL Volume:
1 purchased and 1* from the #NorthMeetUp goodie bag.
Read about the event here and the goodie bag here.

Silver Shimmer:
I got these on offer in Boots clearance.
Glittery dry shampoo!

I have also reviewed:
Batiste Lace and you can read about the fabulous Batiste Lace launch event here.
Batiste Cherry - you can check out my cherry nail art there too...

I remember when there was just 1 Batiste, Original. It's great to see how many they have since released!
For more information on Batiste variants, click here.
There are a couple not on here, including the Wild Party Trio of minis, which was released around Christmas. I haven't tried those!
More recently, Batiste have introduced coloured dry shampoo to the collection.
I can't wait for Batiste to bring out their next variant and I'm excited to find out what the next one will be!

Batiste can be found in Boots, Superdrug, Bodycare, supermarkets, pharmacies, online.

Are you a Batiste fan?
Have you tried Batiste?

Just call me Zoe, the Batiste Queen...

Disclaimer: This post was written by me, out of my own love for the brand. This is not a sponsored post and I have not been asked to write this. I just love Batiste dry shampoo and want to share/product rave about them! A couple of the bottles in this post were gifted to me, or included in goodie bags from events, but the majority were purchased by me, with my own money. As always, all opinions are my own and reviews are 100% honest.

Batiste Paisley and Graffiti

They've done it again, Batiste have released yet more fabulous new dry shampoos to keep the countries hair smelling fresh and looking great!

I was recently sent Batiste’s 2 newest variants to try out, many thanks to Batiste for making me very happy.

Yes, I am a Batiste-aholic.

Both scents are very different, one edgy musky, one fruity floral. I couldn’t choose a favourite.

The cans are gorgeous, I really love that Batiste design their cans so pretty, a nice addition to a dressing table, bathroom, office or in your handbag. Eye-catching, as ever!

Once again, the same great quality, as expected from Batiste.

Even with my Raspberry Rebel hair and now my faded 'aumtumnal' hair, this has worked a treat, leaving no powdery white/grey hair, impressive!

Batiste Paisley and Graffiti are available from all good pharmacists, including Boots and Superdrug, RRP £2.99 (200ml).

Batiste also have a super-cute mini kit out for Christmas, that would make a great gift, stocking filler or just a little self-treat. I must pick up one of these from Boots!

I would also like to take a moment to congratulate Batiste on their recent award winnings, well done!

Have you tried Batiste?
Have you read my recent review of the Limited Edition Hershesons Batiste?

I was recently sent Batiste's new Limited Edition Hershesons dry shampoo to try out, very exciting.

The pretty polkadot can contains is the Original Batiste variant.

As with all Batiste products, this has worked wonders to revive my hair in times of dullness or when it needs a little freshen up.

As a hoarder, I will most probably end up keeping the can once I have finished with the product...it's too pretty to throw away!

Retails at £5.50 (200ml) and is available at Hershesons salons, or online. Though buying online means paying postage, which is £5.95.

Good news! ASOS stock Hershesons Batiste and offer free standard delivery.

Are you a Batiste fan?
I've got reviews on a couple more of Batiste's new dry shampoos to come soon, so check back for those :)

Batiste Lace Launch Party

On Wednesday I attended the Batiste Lace dry shampoo launch party at the beautiful Mayfair House in London.

I took my sister as my +1, we did a couple of hours sightseeing fit in a very quick shop in Topshop, before heading to the event.

The event was a mini-makeover party and was very fabulous, with lots of lovely people and just tons of glamour!

We had such a great time, getting pampered and spoiled, with hair, makeup and nails, whilst indulging in bubbly, pick 'n' mix sweeties and some pretty amazing cupcakes! Check them out in my photos, wow.
Good work, I Love Cupcakes :)

Thank you to Lisa Bickerstaffe for the invite, to all the lovely people at Batiste for a brilliant event, to Brooks & Brooks hairdressers and the pretty ladies of beautyuk.
and thank you to anyone else involved :)

Check out my review of the new Batiste Lace dry shampoo variant.

Here's a load of photos from the party (I tried to cut them down!)

I hope you enjoyed my photos :)

One more thank you to everyone involved, it was a great evening.

FYI - I 'Laced' my hair with Batiste again today, can't get enough of the new dry shampoo.

Batiste Lace Dry Shampoo

Batiste Lace Dry Shampoo

Yes, it has been just a short time since the lovely folk at Batiste released the gorgeous Batiste Cherry but now there is yet another new Batiste variant on the block!

Oh Batiste, you do spoil us.

Last night I was lucky to be invited to the Batiste Lace launch party in London. I'll be blogging about the event very soon :) Thank you so much to all involved.

For now, I present to you, the beautiful Batiste Lace.

I couldn't wait to try this, so I sprayed away this morning before work.

My thoughts:
It's like Batiste read my mind, as I recently thought a lace design would be nice!
Gorgeous, girly canister.
This will look fab on a dressing table.
Lovely rose-like scent that lasts all day. I put this on at 8am, went to work and 12 hours later my hair still smells fresh.
Exactly as it says on the can 'Seductive & Elegant'.
The same great quality as ever.
Gives volume and freshness.
Still only £2.99.
Available NOW in Boots and Superdrug.
I recommend :)

I used my curtain as the background, as they had the same curtains as mine at the venue, which I thought was pretty cool, haha!
