GlossyBox: Harrods Edition - March 2012

Second post of a few tonight :)

Today, I got home from work to find my Harrods GlossyBox had arrived, yay!

I've been seeing quite a few posts with mixed reviews, so I was a bit in doubt...

BUT, I am now rather happy!

I personally love the selection that I got in my box and was very pleased to find YSL Forever Youth Liberator Serum (I know it is anti-ageing, but I've seen a lot about this and had hoped to get it!)

I also got:
Narciso Rodriguez - For Her Eau De Parfum, this smells lovely!
Molton Brown - Heavenly Gingerlily Moisture Bath & Shower, smells better than it sounds!
Burberry Beauty - Miniature Lip Mist Copper No202, cute little bullet, looked brown but swatches a nice copper gloss :)
Clarins - Extra-Firming Body Cream, always hear about Clarins being good, so looking forward to trying this!

Here's some photo's for you all. What a pain it is to photograph a white GlossyBox with the flash of the camera! Took me a few attempts to get some 'acceptable' pics for this post...
My family were watching me, saying I was odd :)
My sister said 'you are a weirdo!'...to which I replied 'no, I'm a Blogger!', haha!

Harrod's Glossybox...I Caved.

So, I've only had 1 Glossybox before, the December box, which I did really like but stuck with my trusty Joliebox and unsubscribed from Glossybox.

BUT, today I saw that Glossybox had revealed the mystery behind the secret code, Knightsbridge...

A HARROD'S BOX!!!

I thought about it most of today, as I really don't have much cash atm! 3 weeks from payday I was down to just £83 to live/for Mother's Day/2 birthdays and run my car!!

However, I just caved :-/ I re-subscribed!! I bloomin' hope the box is brilliant! :)

Anyone else subscribed/re-subscribed for this box??

For more info, see Glossybox Facebook and website.

Also...
MAC's new Viva Glam Nicki and Ricky are NOW AVAILABLE!! Check out the Viva Glam Nicki lipstick in my last post :) I love it!

To purchase, head over the the MAC website.

Glossybox December/Special Edition Christmas Box (My First Glossybox)

Second post of the night, as promised.

So, I had not subscribed to Glossybox until this month and had always thought the boxes looked great and regretted not subscribing, but this month I was sucked in whilst browsing Youtube, when an ad popped up on the sidebar, displaying a lovely, red Christmas box :) I was sold!

I have been subscribed to Boudoir Prive (Now Joliebox) for the past few months, but had avoided all other beauty boxes due to money!

I was impressed with this month's box, in particular the Deborah Lippman nail polish BUT, I am planning to unsubscribe and stick with the Joliebox for now! I think...
I can't afford to have 2 boxes a month and also find that some products in these boxes I don't/won't ever use and it is a bit of a waste.

On to this month's box...

Lovely shipping box :)

Special Edition red box :)

The Contents:

 Beautiful!

I was pretty impressed with the contents of the box, mainly with the nail polish and the box itself was gorgeous and Christmassy :)

I am really in a dilemma over next month now, do I stick with Joliebox, or Glossybox? Or give both one more month, see which is best next month, then decide???

Glossybox costs £10 per month, plus £2.95 delivery.
More information here.

Did you get this month's box?
What did you think?
