Today I went shopping at Merry Hill, for some £2.50 pumps from Primark...£49 later...

I wanted a plain black 'everyday' bag, not too big, not too small. Found! £8. I will probably remove charms, it makes it feel a bit PB rip-off'ish. 

 Kinda cute though!

 I love this bag, smart and looks more than the £9 it cost I think!

Laptop Issues...

I just want to post quickly (before my laptop overheats and shuts down, for the 7th time tonight!!) to say sorry for the lack of posts recently! My laptop is currently dying, overheating and shutting down without warning, which is frustrating, as you can imagine!! I only bought it a few months back :( Not impressed!. So, I have just managed to send another email to Dell to say the problem still persists and is now worse than ever. Hopefully it will get fixed, it just means a complete inconvenience, as I will now have to send it off (after removing ALL my files!), and wait for it to be fixed and returned home :(

I shall try and continue blogging as and when I can. I am sure Dad will love that I am going to be hogging the computer again :)

So, I hope to do some more posts ASAP, as I have LOADS to blog about!

For now, I will leave you with a bag that I spotted earlier tonight on ASOS...

Once Upon a Time...

Today I changed my nails (once again!). I decided to try a nail varnish that I bought back in April, on our family week away to London & Whitstable. Yes, how bad is it that I still haven't used some of the things I bought back then?! I don't know why, or how I left it so long to try this nail varnish out, but now I finally have it is a fave. I am in love!!

As the fairytales and Disney movies start...

Well, here is Barry M's take on Once Upon a Time (np210). A fairytale in a bottle!

I am wearing it over Rimmel Pompous. I was trying to chose a colour to wear it on and decided to try this combo, and it's a good one :)

The metallic strips are pinky-purple and silver hologram. Coverage and ease of application was pretty impressive, compared to other glitter-type nail varnishes. I put 2 coats of just to get a bit extra sparkle, but 1 would be plenty!

I bought this from Topshop in Oxford Street (aka MECCA) and have yet to see it in any other shops. However, you can pick this up from Barry M's website. It costs a tiny £2.99!!

Recent Findings Part 1 :)

Friday is here, the weekend has begun, and I am finally getting round to doing another blog post! Yes, I am slacking a bit at the moment, a combination of being busy and that my laptop is overheating and shutting down constantly :( I have only had it a couple of months, so I am rather annoyed that I am now going to have to remove my thousand-or-so photos and send it back to Dell!!

As per usual I have also been busy struggling to battle my spending/shopping habit...

In other news...I have FINALLY registered my Superdrug card online, as I've been giving it some use recently :) and talking of usage...my Boots Advantage Card has sadly passed away from much abuse (in the form of using it so much!!). I tried to collect some points both yesterday and today but was told the chip was worn and I need a new card! Thankfully my points will be transferred, I just have to phone up for a new card, which is a slight pain but hey ho :)

Gotta love points hey girls ;-)

Free Ciaté Nail Varnish with Marie Claire Mag

Yesterday I received my weekly Martin's Money Saving Expert email whilst at work. I have become quite a fan of these and (as sad as it sounds!) I look forward to receiving them each week! I usually jump straight to searching for any beauty/magazine offers in there, particularly if there are any upcoming freebies with magazines. Well, this weeks was the latest Marie Claire magazine (Anne Hathaway on the cover, too pretty!), priced at £3.60, coming with a free full size Ciate Paint Pot, worth £9!
I have yet to purchase a Ciate nail varnish, but they have been on my Wishlist for a while! So it was great to see there was a free one with this month's MC magazine.

The magazine came out today, so at lunchtime I headed for Asda and purchased. There are 2 colours available; a light pinky colour, and a dark, shimmer purple.

I went for the purple 'Wait Until Dark', as that was the only one available in my local Asda.

The polish is great quality and really nice colour. My only problem is that it is pretty much identical to another polish I own, so I wish I found the pink one instead!

The magazine also came with a mini bottle of Dove Intensive Repair Conditioner, EVEN BETTER! Double-win :)

There is also 25% off Ciate with the magazine. So, I had a quick browse earlier at what I could buy, when I have money, and I fell in love with Big Yellow Taxi <3

SO nice!! WANT!
