Benefit Customer Service :)

A little thank you and praise tonight :)

If you read my London: The Haul post recently, you may have seen that I received a pretty Hervana umbrella as a freebie for purchasing 2 products (Hervana blush and the I'm glam...therefore I am palette). You may have also noticed/read that my umbrella only lasted me a couple of minutes before breaking :-(

Well, I sent an email to Benefit to let them know and a few days later I received an email saying they had a spare one that they could send. I was very happy :)

Yesterday I received an email to let me know that my umbrella had been posted and today I came home from work to find my umbrella already here!! Very very happy :)

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Benefit for their customer service. They didn't have to send me a replacement, but they did, which I thought was lovely. I did not mention I had a blog, so it wasn't because of that, just general niceness :)

So, I am happy and would like it to rain now, so I can use my cute umbrella!
 
They also put a brochure and little sample sachet of High Beam in with the umbrella :)
 

Also, I realise I haven't put my Hervana blush review/swatches up yet, sorry! I will do that this week :)
It's Ah-mazing!

  3. I'm glad you had a good customer service experience with them! I've had the opposite sadly - I went to their counter in one of the department stores in London and they ignored me!
