Children in Need Nails :)

So, tomorrow is Children in Need :)

So I decided to do some Children in Need nails :)

I have done a little donating, by purchasing the Children in Need wristband from Boots, which I mentioned in an older blog post. They are CUTE as anything, available in 4 different colours and just £1 each!
There are also lots of other Children in Need products around, in various shops and online.
You can also donate directly to Children in Need :)

Now, onto my DIY Children in Need nails...

Products used:

17 Lasting Finish 'Mini Skirt'
Barry M '306 Blueberry Icecream'
Barry M '290 Spring Green'
Red & Yellow from Rio Professional Nail Art Kit

I did the dots just by dabbing with the nail polish brushes, except the 2 Rio (Red and Yellow), which have a dotter tip :) I actually found using the normal brushes easier to get tidy, varied size ROUND dots. Only problem was when the Spring Green poured all over my thumb :-o

Here's a few photos of the W.I.P:

I hope you are all having a good week!
Remember to watch Children in Need if you are staying in tomorrow night :) I know I will be!

xXx

  5. I saw the nail wraps and thought they were so CUTEE but I just loveee how you've done this :) I have a day off tomorrow - I know it's a bit late for children in need but I might have to use my spare time to create my own dotty masterpiece now :) haha

  6. @Eli - Thank you :)

@Beth - I thought that too, but when I had a closer inspection the design seemed really pixelated and not great quality (even though a percentage of money goes to the charity!), but they were quite pricey and I fancied doing my own :) Thank you!! Do it ;) Everyone at work was fascinated by mine on Friday haha. I want to try do the same design with different colours now!

    xx
